The active alerts on campus are as follows:

Portal Maintenance Sunday (7/9/2017) from 6:00am to 6:00pm

This Sunday (8/13/2017), from 6:00 am to 6:00pm, there will be multiple portal services unavailable while University Information Systems (UIS) is performing maintenance on several systems. Below is a brief summary of the maintenance schedule.

All portals including, but not limited to the following will be unavailable on August 13th between the hours of 6:00am and 6:00pm:

  • Student, Employee and Faculty Portals (My.uccs.edu)
  • Campus Solutions
  • HR and Finance Systems
  • DARS
  • Singularity (Document Management)
  • Cognos
  • Concur
  • CU Marketplace
  • Skillsoft

UCCS specific resources will remain available during the outage. These resources include the following:

  • Blackboard
  • Student Email
  • Staff and Faculty Email
  • Library
  • VPN
  • Computer Labs

Planned Maintenance – Wireless Network (8/10/17)

This evening (8/10/2017), the wireless network will be receiving maintenance between the hours of 11:00pm and midnight. During this time, the wireless network will not be available. Once the maintenance is completed, devices should reconnect on their own.

Planned Maintenance – Long Distance Calls (8/8)

On Tuesday, August 8, 2017, between 11:00 PM and midnight MST, CenturyLink will be performing maintenance on our long distance phone service. Estimated downtime during this maintenance window is 5-15 minutes. During that time, only long distance service should be affected. On campus and local service should not be affected.
