Update: Service Interruption: Self Service Password Change

Update: This issue should be resolved at this time. If you were experiencing issues changing your password earlier, please attempt to change your password now.


Please let us know if you continue to experience issues with this service.

We are aware of an issue with the Self Service Password Reset System.

IMPACT:

Users are currently unable to change their passwords while connected to an off campus network (e.g. Comcast, CenturyLink, AT&T, Verizon, etc).

WORKAROUND:

Please connect to the UCCS VPN or a UCCS network (UCCS-Wireless or a wired UCCS network) to change your password.
