Update: Unexpected Service Outage: Logon System

Update: 4:07PM- The issue with the logon system has been resolved. Please let us know if you continue to experience issues with this service.


We are aware of an issue with the logon system for some UCCS services.

IMPACT:

When trying to login to the affected services, the username and password fields are missing. The affected services include, but are not limited to:

  • Office 365
  • Canvas
  • Mountain Lion Connect
  • Cisco WebEx
  • UCCS Parking Portal

We have no workaround at this time, but we will update the campus when we have more information.
