Update- Unexpected Outage: Authentication Issues

Updates as of 3pm: Cisco WebEx is now available. Please contact us if you continue to have issues.

Update as of 2pm: The UCCS Parking Portal is now available. Please contact us at 719-255-3536 if you continue to experience any issues.

We are aware of several outages over the course of this break:

  • Canvas 12/26 (approximately 7am-5pm)
  • Cisco WebEx 12/27 (available as of 3pm)
  • Starfish (ongoing)
  • UCCS Parking Portal 12/27 (available as of 2pm)


Users are unable to login to the some of the programs listed above.


We do not have a work around at this time.

We are currently working on these issues and we will send another update as information becomes available.
