The active alerts on campus are as follows:

Portal Maintenance Sunday (10/29/2017) from 6:00am to 10:00am

This Sunday (10/29/2017), from 6:00am to 10:00am, there will be multiple portal services unavailable while University Information Systems (UIS) is performing maintenance on several systems. Below is a brief summary of the maintenance schedule.

All portals including, but not limited to the following will be unavailable on October 29th between the hours of 6:00am and 10:00am:

  • Student, Employee and Faculty Portals (
  • Campus Solutions
  • HR and Finance Systems
  • DARS
  • Singularity
  • CU Data
  • Cognos
  • Concur
  • CU Marketplace
  • Skillsoft

UCCS specific resources will remain available during the outage. These resources include the following:

  • Blackboard
  • Student Email
  • Staff and Faculty Email
  • Library
  • VPN
  • Computer Labs

Resolved: Unexpected System Interruptions

Update 10/25/17 8:10AM: We have received confirmation that these issues have been resolved. Please let us know if you continue to experience issues with any of our services.


We are aware of several interruptions while trying to access UCCS resources from off campus.

  • VPN Connection
  • Mailing lists (Faculty-l, Staff-l, etc)
  • Access to
  • BlackBoard
  • myUCCS Portal


For Portal access, browse to, then click on UCCS.

This appears to be an issue with certain internet providers including Comcast, AT&T, Sprint, and more.

We will update the campus when we have more information.

Service Interruption: Ingeniux

Update: This issue has been resolved. Users should be able to log into Ingeniux. Please let us know if you continue to experience issues with this service.


We are experiencing an interruption with our CMS: Ingeniux.


Users are currently unable to log into Ingeniux. When users attempt to sign in, the page reloads the sign in page.


There is no workaround available at this time.

We are looking into this issue and will update this page as additional information becomes available.

UCCS OIT Knowledge Base Maintenance

This evening (10/13/17) we will be performing maintenance on our Knowledge Base ( from 10:00pm-10:30pm. During that time the service may be intermittently unavailable.

Service Outage: OIT Self Service Portal
