The active alerts on campus are as follows:

Service Degradation – myUCCS Portal logins/HCM

University Information Systems (UIS) has identified an issue that is currently causing slow logins to the CU Resources tab in the myUCCS portal.



Customers are experiencing slow log in times, or slow response times when switching to the “CU Resources” tab. This issue may also affect the speed of HCM.

The Faculty and Student tabs are not associated with this issue.


There are no available workarounds at this time.

We will update the campus when we receive additional information
