Service Restored- CU Resources

Update: University Information System (UIS) has restored the CU Resources tab. If you continue to experience issues with it, feel free to contact us.


 

We are aware of an issue with the UCCS Portal.

IMPACT:

When an employee signs into the UCCS Portal and tries to access the CU Resources tab, they receive “Authorization Error” where there should be modules to access employee information.

We are working with University Information Systems (UIS) to get this service restored and will update the campus as we receive more information.

The issue with the UCCS Portal (MyUCCS), the Mobile App (UCCS2Go), and CU-SIS applications has been resolved. If you are continuing to experience issues please contact the UCCS IT Help Desk at 719-255-3536.


 

We are aware of an issue with the UCCS Portal (MyUCCS) and the Mobile App (UCCS2Go) and CU-SIS applications.

IMPACT:

Users are unable to access any of the Portal or CU-SIS applications. When they log in, they receive a Single Sign On Error.

We will continue to update the Campus as we receive more information.
