Service Restored – Faculty and Staff Email

Update 7:13pm 6/14/16: 

Faculty and Staff email is now restored.

Update 6:06pm 6/14/16:

Accessing the Outlook Web App from the “Faculty and Staff Email” link on uccs.edu has been resolved.

Update 5:48pm 6/14/16:

The issue has been resolved for those connecting through the Outlook desktop applications and phone apps. We are continuing to work on restoring the Outlook Web Application (OWA).

We are aware of an issue affecting Faculty and Staff email.

CURRENT SYMPTOMS:

After logging into the faculty and staff email through the web application, users are receiving a error that states “Something went wrong” followed by diagnostic data.

Connections through Outlook will read as disconnected in the bottom right hand of the Outlook window.

We are currently working on this issue and we will notify the campus with additional information as it becomes available.
