The active alerts on campus are as follows:

Beginning at 6:00 am this Saturday, November 10th and ending by 10:00 pm both the Student and Employee Portals (my.uccs.edu) will be unavailable. The central IT Department for the CU system will be preforming maintenance during this time. Due to the type of maintenance being performed you will not see a warning or maintenance alert during this time period.

PLEASE NOTE: All UCCS Services including Blackboard, Email, VPN (off campus access), Wireless and Computer Labs will be intermittently unavailable from 6:00 am to 8:00 am only. All UCCS Services, excluding the portals listed above, will be accessible by 8:00 am Saturday, November 10th.

RESOLVED: Student Email – Slow/Delayed Delivery 11/8/12 3:00 pm

As of 7:30 pm all student email has returned to normal.  All email sent during this period was delivered.

We are currently experiencing issues with all student email.  Delivery of email is taking up to 3 hours for email to be delivered.   We are working directly with our vendor to resolve this issue.

On Wednesday, November 7, 2012 from 6:00pm until 7:00pm I.T. will be performing maintenance and testing on the UCCS wireless network.

Downtime is not expected but brief outages may occur.

The Mediasite streaming video server will be out of service for scheduled maintenance and upgrades Monday, November 19th through Friday, November 23rd.

 

Please notify your students and plan accordingly. If you have streaming videos that your students absolutely must have access to during this outage, contact your Blackboard College Administrator for available options.
