The IT Department will be performing server maintenance on brain.uccs.edu,  from 4:00 pm until 5:00 pm on Tuesday, March 26th, 2012, during this time you will be unable to access any home directories, or public_html folders.

CU Alert: UIS Services Maintenance Notification Update

CU Alert: UIS Services Maintenance Notification Update Description: Scheduled maintenance for all Enterprise Applications. During this time UIS will be making updates to these applications to stabilize the system, simplify user access and ensure a more secure computing environment. For the first four hours, from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m., no maintenance pages will appear when users attempt to access the applications. IMPACT: All Enterprise Applications will be unavailable. TIMING: Beginning at 6:00 pm on Saturday, March 17 and ending by 6:00 am on Sunday, March 18 For more information about UIS services please go to the UIS Service Catalog at: https://www.cusys.edu/uis/service-catalog/index.html Thank you for your understanding as we complete this maintenance work.

Dear Faculty and Staff,

The IT department will be performing maintenance on the Pro servers Wednesday, February 29th from 11:00 PM to 12:30 AM.   These servers handle the following services:
·       IT Username Assistance page https://accounts.uccs.edu

·       UCCS Conflict of Interest site

·       e2campus Emergency Notification system – Registrations and account changes only.  The UCCS community will still receive text messages in the event of an emergency.

·       SSL websites with forms

·       Faculty and Staff Email list – You will not be able to send email to faculty-l or staff-l during this outage.

·       Institutional Research – https://irsurvey.uccs.edu/

·       UCCS on iTunes U log in

·       IT Exception list management

·       Online payment system for UCCS parking tickets

·       Pawprints – Users will be able to print, but they will not be able to add money to their account.

·       Academic ethics code violation reporting site

·       Scholarly Report Database

·       Student Employment Assistance Network (SEAN’s Place)

·       Volunteer Information Network and Community Exchange (VINCE)

During this time the above listed sites and services will be unavailable.  Please contact the Help Desk if you have any questions or concerns.
